A management consultancy based in London and Dublin delivering culture change programmes to encourage creativity and a culture of support with organisations from all over the world.
The brief was to create a fresh looking and informal site to differentiate Mindset from the other companies offering this kind of training and development. It includes a small section that the owners can update by altering a simple text file so that the site can be kept current with news of talks and lectures that they are giving. Fired Up took the existing logo and branding and developed all the graphics on the site.

A management consultancy network based in the Lake District, they deliver courses worldwide to organisations from all sectors. As well as delivering more traditional training and development programmes they also compete in international sailing races using executive clients to crew the yacht in exotic locations!
This site was designed as a blank container site with text styles developed alongside the owners so that they can maintain the whole site. Each page is template based so that they can keep adding content as and when it is appropriate, this ensures that whenever their clients visit the site there is new fresh content.
The website owners have also developed an external links area that is loaded dynamically on each page so that they can reference interesting articles for their site users, again this adds to the depth of information on offer and gives its users a good reason to keep revisiting the site.

Little Childs is an e-commerce site designed around innovative hand made products including children’s toy boxes, fabrics, wooden accessories and bed boxes. All these unique items have been designed by Iain Childs from the Lake District but as a result of the success of this website and Iain's hard work in marketing they now ship to customers all over the Uk and the world!
The site was designed around a complex database that allows users to choose from many different options when ordering the children’s storage box including, colour, lettering, wheels and size. This information is then sent to Iain, he builds each box by hand then ships direct to the buyer. So far the site has been live for about 18 months and it has been incredibly successful in the shaping of this new business. The site was partly funded by Cumbria Rural Enterprise Agency, they have some grants available and will match your investment for things like a website for new businesses in Cumbria and the South Lakes.
